How to Use the Oil Pulling Set

1. Brush your teeth and use a tongue scraper.
2. In the morning, swish 1 teaspoon of Gentle Green Oil Pulling for 2–5 minutes.
3. At night, swish 1 teaspoon of Brilliant Black Oil Pulling for another 2–5 minutes.
4. Spit oil into the trash (never the sink). Rinsing is optional.
5. Use daily for best results. One bottle lasts 4–6 weeks.
