How to Track Your Order
- Check Your Email - Once your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
- Click the Tracking Link - The email will include a direct link to track your package with the carrier.
- Monitor Your Delivery - Use the tracking number to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery date.
Order Status Explained
Order Confirmed - We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
Processing - Your items are being picked and packed.
Shipped - Your order is on its way! Check your tracking number for updates.
Out for Delivery - Your package will arrive today.
Delivered - Your order has been delivered to the address provided.
Didn't Receive a Tracking Number?
If you haven't received a tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service team with your order number, and we'll help you locate your package.
