Over 100 hectares of salt pans in the coastal strip between Trapani and Marsala allow us to cultivate and package a unique sea salt. The company, since its birth, aims to optimize the cultivation and harvesting of salt by combining its activities with total respect for the "saline ecosystem". SoSalt uses the salt extraction technique, adopted in the Trapani saltworks, is based on the spontaneous evaporation of sea water.
