Product Description:
Nichiban Roihi-Tsuboko Pain Relief Warm Patches focus on relieving mild to your moderate aches and pains of muscle and joints. Heat stimulation encourages blood circulation in the affected area, ameliorating stiffness in combination with methyl salicylate and anti-inflammatory ingredients such as L-Menthol. The large, round plasters are discreet and easy to apply by yourself, their elasticity provides a good fit with the skin.
Size: 3.9 cm diameter x 78 patches
How To Use:
- Gently bend the film so that the edge of a plaster lifts up slightly
- Pull the lifted part to peel the plaster off the film
- Press the area with your fingers to find out points of stiffness
- Attach the plaster
- You can apply several plasters for areas that are especially stiff
- Wait for a while
- You will gradually feel the effects of the heat stimulation to sooth the stiffness
- When the stimulating heat sensation stops, remove the plaster
- It is advised to change the plaster every 8-9 hours
Precautions:
Be sure to remove Roihi-Tsuboko plasters 30 minutes to one hour before taking a shower or bath. If you take a bath with the plaster attached, you may experience a burning sensation in the area where the plaster is attached.
Please be careful when using Roihi-Tsuboko in combination with other heat-generating devices (electric carpet, disposable heating pads, electric blankets, etc.) as this may intensify the heat stimulation.
