About the Product:- Plain Jaggery Adhirasam makes it to the must-eat list of traditional sweets. This is a super delicious sweet that is crunchy, with a nutty flavor from the sesame seeds making it more yummy. Our traditional Plain Jaggery Adhirasam is made with the right amount of sweetness from cane jaggery and a perfect blend of sesame & rice flour. This sweet dish is a festival favorite.
- Traditional sweet Adhirasam ancestral method of preparation from the kitchens of Chettinad. Fresh ground rice flour is gradually mixed with one string of jaggery syrup cooked to the consistency to make patties then goldenly deep-fried. Though this sweet is made with very few ingredients,
