REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we carry — if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right with a full refund.
OPENED OR USED ITEMS — NO REFUND
All supplements and consumable products are final sale once opened or used. We are unable to issue refunds for any supplement that has been opened, partially consumed, or used in any way, regardless of the results experienced. Individual results vary and are not grounds for a refund.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and issue a full refund to your original payment method at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item in these cases.
NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or accidental orders
- Wrong size or color selected by the customer
- Sale items and gift cards
- Perishable goods, custom/personalized products, and personal care items (e.g., opened beauty products)
- Opened or used supplements and consumables
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at info@destglow.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
EUROPEAN UNION — 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at info@destglow.com. A refund will be issued upon confirmation — no return shipment required. Please note: this right does not apply to opened or used consumable products, including supplements, which are exempt under EU consumer law.
