Warming Cayenne Salve

This salve can do it all- muscle aches, pains, arthritis, bruises and nerve pain. Ginger has been used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine and is known for improving circulation and relieving tired muscle tension. Turmeric is great for arthritis and joint inflammation and contains curcumin, which can help lower inflammation causing enzymes in the body. Cayenne’s antispasmodic properties are useful in strained muscles, and its capsaicin blocks substance P, a neurotransmitter that sends pain signals from the nerves to the central nervous system. It’s helpful in relieving everything from neuropathy to menstrual cramps and arthritis. A little goes a long way- use daily for chronic pain issues- results should be obvious in a week or two.
