Peanuts are loaded with protein, fiber, polyphenols, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. In addition, research has found they are an excellent source of compounds like resveratrol, phenolic acids, flavonoids and phytosterols that block the absorption of cholesterol from diet.

Did you know you can easily make your own peanut butter at home? Simply put the peanuts in a blender or food grinder. Grind them, and then if desired, add salt, honey, or extra oil to improve the spreadability, and enjoy!

Shelf Life: May exceed 12 months from production when stored in ideal storage conditions and in original packaging.
Store away from heat sources, odorous materials, away from direct sunlight, and protected the elements.  Store at temperatures between 46°F (8°C) to 54°F (12°C).
