I love this mucin moisturizer. Lightweight and provides good moisture to my skin. It initially feels sticky when applying but goes on smooth. My skin no longer feels dry throughout the day and feels great under makeup

I have been buying this product for about a year and a half now and I love it. I mix my own personal face lotion that works for me, and this is about 1/3 of the ingredients. I mix this with Egyptian Magic (an olive oil and bee product salve), castor oil, and usually a collagen or other light serum. Been using that on my face faithfully for a year and a half with great results. In the past for years I struggled with acne and this combo has cleared up my skin. I have found if you have issues with breakouts, the key is cleaning your face gently ( I used Aveeno brightening scrub to clean my face and nothing else. Have used it for several years with great results.), then find the moisturizer that doesn't make you break out and stick to that faithfully every day after every shower. This is what has cleared up my skin. Keep it simple. Avoid salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide. These dry out your skin temporarily and then and cause your skin to make more sebum which leads to more breakouts and a cycle of acne. Every one is different. I am not a dermatologist, just sharing my personal journey and experience. Stay with the products that work for you. Don't try new trends if your routine is working. Your skin likes consistency and routine. This is my favorite snail moisturizer I have found so far for the money and quality. I am 42 and people always compliment my face and say I look much younger than I am. Moisturize every day after every shower or face washing! And drink water, that's the secret!

I thought this stuff was just hype. I am amazed at the difference in my skin. It is holding moisture better and helped with the roughness. I am not someone who goes all gooshy about makeup or face products. But this was been a great find. I waited 2 yrs to buy it in case it was just influencer crap. But I am glad I bought it.

I have been self conscious all my life about my skin! Blotchy, red, dry in some spots, oily in other spots, peeling. I would never ever leave the house without makeup! I bought the trial pack of this skincare product which lasted me an ENTIRE MONTH because a little really goes a LOOOOOOONG way and in just a week I already saw a difference! After a month I stopped wearing foundation, concealer, and powder. Then I transitioned to tinted moisturizer. Now only under eye concealer for my genetic dark under eye circles. My skin is plump, looks less old and wrinkly, completely even skin tone! I get so many compliments now on my complexion at 37!!! I have the entire line of this stuff and I love it!

I received this as a gift from my friend. It lasts forever! Zero smell. It goes on slightly greasy, but it dries within -2 minutes. It’s amazing! My 18 year old son has HORRIBLE skin allergies (where areas will blister). He said this is one if the very few products that doesn’t burn or hurt to put on the spots. Highly recommend!

I am pleasantly surprised by this product. I am 50 yrs young, going through perimenopause and my facial tone has seen better days.Ok so We all know that stress. Environmental elements can affect your physical, mental, emotional health, especially aging women that don't take care of their older skin. You if don't take care of yourself.I have tried pretty much every skin care regimen that a woman can possibly try. As stated above, I am 50 years old. I still have breakouts from time to time. I have broken red capillaries on my face. I have large poors. I have wrinkles. Don't get me started on finding a great foundation. I haven't found that yet but anyways. I ordered this product and I was not for sure about what to expect just by the pure name of it. LOL but I ordered it along with a couple of the other skin care products from the same brand. And I immediately washed my face and used my little shaver to exfoliate and get rid of the fuzzies and applied everything that I bought including this product and my face felt immediately 10 times better, it was almost kind of instant the redness went away. The appearance of my pores was very minimal. My face looked shiny, kinda rejuvenated. It's not oily, it's really slick. It's very viscous, slimy consistency. There is no smell, it's not grainy, it is whitish in color goes on clear rubs right in it takes a minute for it to dry on your face so it's kind of I wanna say tacky, but after it dries on your face, it feels really smooth and it's almost kinda like it tightens your face when it dries, so that was kind of a nice effect. So when it dries on your face and it tightens like it did, I almost felt like it tightened the pores on my face. So that was a good indication that it was kind of smoothing out the appearance of the large pores that I have.Overall, I would suggest buying this despite the weirdness of it. It's good I have extremely sensitive skin. I have T zone area so I'm part dry part oily. I get a bit of psoriasis or eczema behind my ears or whatever and around my nose and my laugh lines are super sensitive to different products, especially Vitamin C products which I will never buy again. But my face gets Super dry and flaky. And this product did not do that at all. No burn effect either. Exceeded my expectations overall. I'm very happy with my purchase and I will leave reviews for the other products that I bought from this brand on the other pages.

I bought this for my husband because he doesn’t like heavy moisturizers…but as an Afro-American hockey player who also works outside, he needs one. I bought the propolis cream for myself. Humph. That didn’t last long.“The texture is too…” He shuddered and handed it to me. I gave him the propolis cream and he hit bottom on it faster than any face product we’ve had.But that meant I was left with the Snail Gooo. He was right. The texture is not ideal, at least for a Western sensibility. I left it on the shelf and bought something else, something French I think? Anyway-then the worst winter we’ve had in almost 20 years hit us and I ran out of face cream without quite knowing it was happening. The French stuff wasn’t cutting it. So I sighed and reached for The Goo.I feel like a fool. This stuff is a MIRACLE. My skin-my textured, largely pored, Lupus ridden skin-suddenly looked FANTASTIC. My foundation is now an afterthought! Seriously! I’ve tried it all-retinol, vitamin c, all of the acids, ceramides. I’ve sampled all of the brands-expensive to drugstore to independent to Old School Beauty. I’ve purchased from various regions: North America, Asia, Europe. I’ve even tried RX products from men in white coats.Nothing has done what this stuff has done and I noticed the difference the morning after my first use. Do I enjoy the texture? Not a bit. Do I feel guilty about the snails? Absolutely, even though this brand insists the snails they utilize are not harmed. But the results of The Goo are spectacular. Unbeaten in 35 years of skincare.I don’t know if you will have the same results reader but I hope so!

I had mixed feelings about it when I first got it. At first, it kind of burned my skin to put it on since it's sensitive, but after a couple of tries it went on fine going forward. It's lightweight, goes on smooth, blends well with other products, doesn't cause breakouts, and gives me a nice glow. The moisturizer itself is kind of weird and kind of fun at the same time and it has a very mild fragrance, just a little sticky, but it dries nicely. A little of it also goes a long way also. I've been blending this with some rosehip oil for added benefits and to stretch it out.The only reason I'm not getting more right now is because of the price hike. When I last purchased it (late last year) it was $12.80. At the time of this review, it's now $19.15, and the container is kind of small for that price. It's worth trying at least once, I think, because it is good at what it does.

My general review: It makes my skin really soft. Has a little bit of a shine, but I like it, plus I use it at night anyway. I never wake up feeling dry on my face, and I have extremely sensitive and dry skin, like so bad that my own sweat and tears make me break out badly, but I've had no issues with this stuff. Totally worth it, seeing as I've used products more expensive than this that run out way faster and make me break out. I've had such minimal pimples when using this. Nothing even close to breakouts since starting. My diet hasn't changed nor has any medications, by the way... So it's definitely in the routine. Definitely recommend this.Longevity: It has been more than 6 months (updated), nearing 7 months of me having this same one container of this stuff. I was just trying it out because I kept seeing stuff online about it being good, and the reviews were solid, and also all of my other skincare stuff has been around the same price, so why not? I use this with the power essence stuff (first that stuff, and then this moisterizer after) every night. Somehow, I'm not even halfway done with the jar and I've used it GENEROUSLY. Like, I have extremely dry skin, so I use a lot to stay moisterized through the night. But, we're more than halfway full, even now. I usually blow through face creams in two or three months. Maybe that's just me misusing it, but this stuff has still lasted exponentially longer because you can use way less of it and get great results, and not feel dry.

I’ve had horrible cystic acne for the past 25+ years. I wanted to try this to see what the hype was about my first use went well left my face feeling nice and soft with glowing appearance but my second time using it it made me break out, I do have sensitive skin. Gave it a third try and made me break out again. I would recommend using if you don’t have sensitive skin.
